Sigma Theta Tau International continues the tradition of honoring nurses who demonstrate professional excellence and recognizing their achievements in the fields of technology, media, chapter excellence, research and leadership.
To Nominate a nurse for the 2009 International Awards for Nursing Excellence, review one of several awards, criteria and submission guidelines at www.nursingsociety.org. Deadline March 5, 2009. Entry fee is $50. all entries must be submitted on line.
Those chosen will be honored at the honor society's 40th Biennial Convention in indianapolis, Ind. on 31 October to 4 November , 2009.
